zhsgcmy offers free standard delivery with no minimum purchase throughout all 50 U.S. states, Washington, D.C., and U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico. We do not offer international or expedited delivery.

Processing and transit

Order preparation takes 1–3 business days. The daily cutoff is 5:00 PM Central Time, observing local daylight saving changes. Orders received after that cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.

After dispatch, standard transit is estimated at 3–7 business days. Allow approximately 4–10 business days from the applicable processing start date for preparation and transit combined.

These estimates are not guaranteed. Remote destinations, including some territories, weather, holidays, and carrier disruptions can extend delivery.

Tracking and delivery assistance

We email shipment information and tracking details when available. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

Email brianrusso855642@outlook.com to report an address error, delivery delay, missing parcel, or damaged shipment. Include your order number. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment starts.

If we cannot dispatch within the promised period, we will explain the delay and offer the applicable cancellation and refund options rather than extend the shipping date without notice.
